Sometimes people ask me "who's that weird guy you keep drawing," and man, I draw quite a bit, you're going to have to be more specific if you want a real answer.
As a former member of multiple roleplay forums, I have developed a lot of different characters in my head and stories to go with them over the years. Once they pop into existence they seldom leave and instead accumulate on the floor of my mind like dirty laundry. Some of them I intend for something greater (as in, I want to make an actual piece of media, like a visual novel/comic/game/etc), others I just draw/write/develop for the sheer thrill of pondering a speculative person.
I have seperated my characters by setting - most of which are my own invention, but not all of them are, and when this is the case it will be noted.
